What is OAM2?

OAM2 is a web-based software system that includes an appointment diary, customer database, customer booking system, and many other useful features, all in a single easy to use package.

A brief history

OAM2 is a product of Digex Australia, and was designed and developed in Australia for Australian businesses.

The culmination of 6 years of work, starting as a simple custom system for a small business client, and then expanded to suit a growing client base, OAM2 is now a feature-rich application, which is easily customised for a variety of business needs.

Pricing Model

The pricing model for OAM2 is based on the very simple idea of being affordable for small users and still incredibly cost effective for larger organisations.

We also only sell you what you need.  If you don't want to use the Customer Booking module, then why pay for it?  If you do not plan to use SMS credits or will only use a few then you can opt for a package that does not include SMS (and purchase them separately if needed).

And as your business needs change you can change your selected package, without any upgrade fees.

Not only are our monthly fees lower than our competitors, but we also provide the cheapest SMS credits around.  Some unscrupulous operators try to charge you 25 cents or even more for a single SMS message.  A small practice will often send >50 SMS messages a month, and larger businesses send hundreds.  At 25 cents a pop, those SMS costs can really begin to stack up!

About Digex Australia

The name Digex (pronounced "Dij-ex") comes from the first three letters of "Digital" (as in computers, the internet, technology), and the letters "Ex", being the first two letters of the words "Experience", "Expression" and "Excellence".

Digex Australia is an Australian owned and operated company, based in North Ryde in Sydney, NSW.  All operations, development and support are based in Australia.  All of our web servers, and SMS text services are also based in Australia, and we purchase carbon offsets from an Australian organisation.
